The academy does not guarantee selection, performance improvement, or professional opportunities.
Everest FC Football Academy reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at its discretion for misconduct or violation of rules.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
Football is a physical sport and involves risk of injury.
Participation in football activities involves inherent risks including injury. By enrolling, participants and guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with training, matches, and related activities.
Everest FC and its coaches are not liable for injuries under normal training conditions.
Parents/guardians consent to basic first aid or emergency medical treatment if required.
Any medical conditions must be disclosed before participation.
